Rick Tuita is a first-generation Tongan-American entrepreneur, investor, real estate coach and philanthropist. While a very successful mortgage and real estate professional for over 20 years, he simultaneously founded and started multiple businesses. In 2002, he started his first brick & mortar business.

Within three years, he successfully scaled that business. He then sold the business to transition to the next venture.

In 2008 he purchased a Multi Million Dollar Commercial Landscape Maintenance Business. He hired a management team and was an absentee owner.

Unfortunately that business failed. After that experience, armed with the knowledge and experience of running good and bad businesses, he returned to the real estate space.

He packaged his knowledge into a online real estate/mortgage coaching agency which scaled to over 3 Million in revenue annually. Over that same period, over 12 of his clients grew their own businesses to over 1M in revenue and put them on on a path for retirement.

He is presently the owner/shareholder in multiple companies. He is also the founder of NexGenAgent and RELOAIR, the #1 real estate transformation coaching company. He speaks internationally and  shares his knowledge and experience helping real estate agents and mortgage professionals scale to over 1M a year and retire in 3-5 years.
